In this week's episode of the 'All Inclusive Podcast,' Natasha sat down with Courtney Peterson, Chief People and Diversity Officer at Edison Electric Institute (EEI).

At EEI, Courtney pioneers engagement with chief human resources officers and chief diversity officers across the nation within member companies, while catalyzing evolution within EEI's 40-year-old business/supplier diversity program.

Within EEI, she champions the heart of the organization - the people. She is a passionate advocate for individuals and teams, collaboratively shaping a positive and healthy workplace culture alongside capable leaders and exceptional teams. Her work focuses on enhancing inclusive leadership across the organization and designing equitable workplace policies.

Her passion extends to sharing insights and collaborating with those who drive thought and action. As a faculty member at Georgetown University, she shapes the next generation of Human Resources & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion leaders through immersive education in the master's degree program.

Committed to "a world of work that works for all," she proudly serves on the board of the SHRM Foundation, driving meaningful change in four key areas: building inclusive workplaces, accelerating change in workplace mental health & well-being, supporting students through scholarships and grants, and skill building through the Human Resource Registered Apprenticeship Program (HR RAP).

Recognized by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she has dedicated over 500 hours to unlocking visionary potential in executives and emerging leaders. She serves clients worldwide through her business, Lotus Leadership Coaching, and in 2023, Savoy Magazine honored her as one of their "Most Influential Executives in Diversity & Inclusion."

Driven by transformation, guided by inclusivity, and committed to igniting a new era of leadership excellence, her journey is one of profound impact and continuous growth.
