Hi there, I'm Natasha and I'm the founder and host of a weekly podcast focused on promoting inclusivity. After the birth of my daughter, I felt inspired to shift my career towards a role that would enable me to make a difference in the world and create a better future for my child and everyone else. That's why I started the All Inclusive Podcast, where I discuss topics related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.
My ultimate goal with this podcast is to inspire organizations to create work environments where individuals can bring their true selves to work without the fear of being marginalized or excluded. I believe that organizations should reflect the diversity of our world today, and I envision my podcast playing a pivotal role in achieving this by leveraging the power of storytelling.
Through the All Inclusive Podcast, I share stories and insights from leaders of the change movement, creating opportunities for listeners to learn, connect, and gain a deeper understanding of other people's experiences. I hope to inspire listeners to embrace the differences in people and work towards creating more inclusive workspaces.
