In this week's episode of the 'All Inclusive Podcast,' Natasha sat down with two influential leaders shaping the landscape of STEM education and community development: Dr. Janell Catlin, Vice President of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at the global STEM nonprofit FIRST®, and Kathleen Owsley, Community Fund President at Bosch.

Bosch's Kathleen "Kat" Owsley, serving as the President of Bosch Community Fund, has been a pivotal force since joining Bosch in 2012. As the first executive of the corporate foundation for Bosch in North America, Kat spearheads impactful initiatives, guided by the Fund's motto, "Do nothing about me without me." This philosophy underscores the Fund's commitment to collaboration, ensuring investments align with the real needs of communities.

Alongside Kat is Dr. Janell Catlin, the Vice President of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at FIRST, a global robotics nonprofit. Janell brings a wealth of experience in project management, education, and STEM advocacy, having directed initiatives across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Southeast Asia. Her passion for inclusive global P-20 STEM and Girls' Education is evident in her extensive career, including leadership roles at Discovery Education and Teach For All.

Bosch's collaboration with FIRST spans over 20 years, showcasing their dedication to fostering STEM education. Together, Kat and Dr. Catlin exemplify a commitment to creating equitable opportunities, driving workforce development, and inspiring the next generation of science and technology leaders.
