In this episode I'm joined by Adam Sunderland, Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Heathrow.

With extensive experience across all areas of HR, including business partnering at an executive level, leading on people strategies, transformation and organizational design, and change management, Adam is a seasoned professional with a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). While at Heathrow, Adam served as the award-winning Chair of PROUD, Heathrow's LGBTQ+ colleague network, and led a team of volunteers to drive improvements for LGBTQ+ colleagues and passengers. Adam later became Heathrow's Head of EDI, spearheading the development and implementation of Heathrow's ED&I strategy, which includes clear goals to drive cultural change, increased representation, and the embedding of ED&I across the entire organization.
